Meet the Team

Leo Detri S.H.M.H. Magistrate Law.

Founder

I earned my Bachelor of Laws from the University of 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta in 1979, specializing in Civil Law. I later completed my Master’s degree at the Institute of Business and Law Management Jakarta in 2000.

I dedicated my professional career to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, where I eventually served as Head of the Regional Office in East Kalimantan until my retirement in 2015. During my tenure as an Immigration Official, I frequently encountered foreign nationals who had become victims of regulatory misunderstandings, often due to inadequate guidance from local Indonesian business partners regarding the rules governing foreigners living in Indonesia.

Motivated by these experiences, I chose to continue serving in the legal field. In 2017, I officially became an Advocate under PERADIN, with the mission of providing stronger legal protection and ensuring that both local and foreign clients clearly understand their rights and obligations under Indonesian law.

Bambang Winahyo

Founder

I earned my Bachelor of Laws from UPMI Medan in 1992, followed by a Master’s degree from Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Surakarta in 2008.

I have been dedicated to my career as an Advocate since 2019. One of my key professional achievements includes defending a case involving explosive materials at the Serang District Court, Banten, where the defendant was acquitted of all charges. I have extensive experience handling both civil and criminal cases across multiple provinces throughout Indonesia.

I have devoted my life to the field of law with the purpose of sharing the legal knowledge I gained through my studies and providing assistance to those seeking justice—especially individuals who may feel disadvantaged due to a lack of legal understanding. May God continue to guide and protect my intentions.

Founder & Paralegal

My motivation is simple: to combine my decades of international experience, my spirit of social activism, and my formal legal education to serve with a truly global perspective. I believe resilience is the foundation of growth and that every chapter of our lives, no matter where it is written, adds strength to our character.

My life reflects my belief that learning knows no borders. For decades, I have worked across diverse cultures and international environments, gaining knowledge far beyond traditional classrooms.

My journey has taken me across the world—from Thailand and Vietnam to Norway, Singapore, and the United States—where I actively contributed within international and diplomatic communities. I worked closely with Indonesian embassies and consulates worldwide, organizing international cultural initiatives and supporting global cooperation.

In 2014, I founded Yayasan Permata Harapan Hati, driven by a deep commitment to giving back to my community. Today, I continue to dedicate myself to service through law, advocacy, and international collaboration.
